1971-1978, with the decree of the Representative of B.C.U/PTP Region I No. 24/49/1971 the management of this company was transferred to PT. Plantation III. According to the Decree of the Director General of Plantations No. 76/BCU.KPB/KPTS/1971 the management was transferred to KPB/PNP/PTP I-IX SUMUT Aceh.

1978-1982 in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Agriculture No. 12/KPTS/UM/I/1978 Management was transferred to PT. Perkebunan III.

Work Unit of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III
1996-2002 according to PP. No. 8/1996 dated February 14, 1996, the Merger of PT. Plantation III, IV, V was merged into PT. Plantation Nusantara III and the Rubber Industry Factory became one of the Work Units of PT. Plantation Nusantara III. The products produced are Rubber Articles, Conveyor Belts, Dock Fenders, Gloves, and Rubber Threads, Rubber Bracelets.
2003-2004 based on the Director's SKPTS No. III.10/SKPTS/R/07.A/2003 dated January 27, 2003, did not operate the Glove Factory and Rubber Bracelet Factory business.
2005-2006 based on the Director's SKPTS No. 3.08/SKPTS/01/2005 On January 10, 2005, the name of the PTPN III Rubber Industry Factory was changed to the Rubber Thread and Rubber Articles Factory (PRTRA)
PT Nusantara Rubber Industry is a subsidiary of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero)
Since April 4, 2006, based on the Deed of Establishment No. 4 of 2006 by Notary Syafnil Gani, SH, M.Hum, it has become PT. Indutri Karet Nusantara is a Subsidiary of Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero). Based on the decision of the 2017 GMS RKAP, the Rubber Thread Factory has stopped operating.
